Formal Hall

Formal Hall is held six nights a week and allows students to dine on a three-course meal served to their tables. Formal is an extremely popular way to celebrate birthdays or other special events and so it's a good idea to book in advance if you wish to dine on a certain night.

The dress code is smart. Gowns are required for Christ's students.

You are allowed to bring up to two guests to Formal Hall.

Booking Formal:

You may book Formal through the College's online booking system.

Formal Times:

Formal is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, beginning at 7:30pm. It often fills up from about 7:20, so make sure you arrive in good time.

Tuesday is Graduate Hall and so undergraduates are asked not to book in large numbers.
