CUSU

CUSU consists of all the students of Cambridge University who haven’t exercised their democratic right to opt out, and it has a large impact on Christ’s whether we realise it or not.

This section of the site aims to clarify what CUSU does and how this affects us in Christ’s and has been written by members of the Christ's JCR Exec. This is an important issue as we pay approximately £2,750 a year in affiliation fees to CUSU. This cost is because CCSU pays £5.75 per undergraduate and £2.51 per post graduate. Since this is the case it is important that everyone should have a clear idea where their money is being used.
