Welfare and Advice

Life in Cambridge can be busy and stressful, and can easily become too much if you don’t know how to deal with it in the appropriate way. But, whatever's troubling you, there are plenty of ways to get help both within the college and from the University, so don’t be afraid to ask.

Listed here are a number of ports-of-call within Christ’s, so you can choose to go to whomever you feel most comfortable talking to, whether that's a Fellow, a student, or someone else. If you don't think anyone in college can help you then there are also a number of university-wide services that can be very helpful.
