OPEN MEETING - Monday 9th February, 6:45pm in the JCR

Motions already on the agenda include:
* Amalgamating the Visual Arts Society.
* Making being on the JCR financially-neutral.
* Whether the JCR can spend some of its savings on the common rooms.
