For the first time in 185 years, a Christ’s crew has achieved headship in bumps! Having bumped up from fourth to first position on the river over the first three days of bumps, Christ’s W1 only had to row over on Saturday to earn headship. The crew, lead by the Captain of Boats Grace McGregor, did just this and the headship was celebrated with a boat burning in third court that evening. Congratulations to the whole crew- a well deserved victory!
